Today (31 Dec 2023), Mr. Prasert Jantarawongthong, Minister of Digital Economy and Society (DE), revealed the results of the work of AOC 1441, the Anti Online Scam Operation Center (AOC) from 1 Nov - 28 Dec 2023. The public contacted 183,016 calls and AOC 1441 helped freeze 20,204 accounts. In December, it took an average of 9 minutes to freeze an account. In addition, it helped arrest more than 400 perpetrators.
